Hi, I’m Bea,

Writer and creator of stuff and things. I think this is where I’m supposed to tell you my credentials, and list all of the reasons I deserve to call myself anything at all. However, I don’t have any, not really, outside of lived experience and a buttload of creative passion. I’ve tried to niche down, truly I have, but each time I did, I felt confined. I don’t know about you, but trying to make myself fit into a singular label isn’t the kind of confinement I enjoy.

So, I don’t have an educational background to support my writing skills. (I’m aware that it shows) I also don’t post anywhere consistently. Although I do give my best effort when I’m able. It just so happens that I have five kiddos and a husband, who fill my life with copious amounts of love and chaos; and as much as I enjoy my personal creative passions, I find that the life I share with them inspires a lot of what I create.

My writing/art isn’t so much an escape as it is a tool that I use to express and expand the experiences and understandings my life weaves together. I create for myself and enjoy sharing some of it from time to time. If you stick around, I promise to only invade your email 1-3 times a month at most.
