B- I am in pain, and it’s making me feel really overwhelmed.

H- Aww, I’m sorry you’re hurting. Maybe we should get some ice cream! It’s been a week since we’ve had some.

G- Everything is fine.

B- Ice cream sounds good, but I think it will just make me feel worse.

G- You’re not wrong.

H- But it will also be an enjoyable experience.

G- You’re also not wrong.

B- You’re no help Gut.

G- You may think that, but I’m never wrong.

H- What about a nap? Those always feel nice.

G- You’re not wrong.

B- Would you stop saying that?! You know I can’t nap during the day.

G- That’s not true.

B- I swear to…

H- I don’t like it when you two argue.

G- Apologies Heart. Why don’t we watch something on the television?

H- Oh yes, please?! Let’s watch something we have enjoyed before, that way you can relax and not have to work so hard Brain.

B- Fine, but what do we pick to watch?

H- I vote we start with a musical!

B- Seriously?

H- What? We love musicals.

G- Brain has an ache, Heart. A multitude of musical numbers could be overwhelming.

H- Oh. Alright, well, what about something animated? Like the one with the sword and the stone!

G- That’s not a bad Idea.

B- No. You know animation films summon the children.

G- You’re not wrong.

H- But we could cuddle. We love cuddles.

G- We do.

B- Which is why our bed is full of pillows, soft blankets, and things stuffed with fluff. Plushies don’t talk.

G- Valid.

H- But they also don’t snuggle in and give sweet kisses.

B- No, but I’m aloud to ache in peace.

G- Also valid.

H- Okay… What about…

B- This is just making my ache worse! We should just take a shower and see if that helps.

H- Ooo, you’re so smart Brain! Yes, showers feel wonderful.

G- They are quite beneficial.

B- Alright, shower it is.

H- Can we use that new soap we got last month and tucked away under the sink because you said we had to finish the old one first?

B- Sure.

H- Oh, this is going to be wonderful. I can practically feel your ache fading already Brain.

G- It is sure to be rejuvinating.

B- I hope so.

H- I love it when we work together.

B & G- Ditto.
